The PDCA Training Programme was designed to accelerate management gains in companies through the training of their teams.

At the end of the program, all participants will receive our certification in the White Belt of the Management Training Program.
In this first stage, managers will be trained in the Planning for Results method and will receive theoretical guidance and exercises based on the scope below:
– Analysis of Opportunities;
– Analysis of Facts and Data;
– Evaluation of process capacity;
– See and Act;
– Goal definition;
– Action Plan development.
In the second module, managers will be trained in the method for Executing and Monitoring results and will receive theoretical guidance and exercises based on the scope below:
– Execution of Action Plans;
– Results Monitoring;
– Action Monitoring;
– Deviation identification;
– Deviation treatment.
In this module, managers will receive theoretical concepts for stabilizing results. Scope of Module III:
The SDCA Method – Standardization (Managerial standards, technical standards of the process, and operational procedures).
